My role is to ensure we have the right manpower available to meet our production targets and that the machines are functioning as they should. People skills are as important to my role as technical knowledge as I need to motivate and help people through their daily challenges. Stellar is a young and growing company that believes in developing and rewarding people.
Ola (Shift Production Manager)
It’s exciting to be working in a brand-new factory with all the latest equipment and machinery. My role is exciting and every day brings a new challenge or problem to solve, so I have to be alert at all times. I work with a variety of people from Packers through to machine operators, so having people skills is key to the role. Stellar places an emphasis on work-life balance and I know my welfare and health is important to them.
